Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support our sales team in driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage administrative tasks, and provide critical support to ensure seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales database, update customer information, and track sales performance
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices, including export invoices and documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide sales support, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Requirement for urgent joining
